    jaibazar believes in customer satisfaction, If you receive a different product that is not the same as per your original order Or If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you.  We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.

    Some of the example are-

              **Wrong Color

              **Wrong Quantity

              **Damaged Item

              **Not Working Item

    Condition for return:

            1. Please notify us of receipt of a Different product or any above such criteria within maximum 24-48 hours of delivery.

            2. Return will not acceptable if physical damage to the box or to the product.

            3. Products/Items should be Unused.

            4. Return will not acceptable Is returned without original packaging ,accessories and Invoices.


    If your returned product is approved for refund. We will process the refund after receipt of the product by us.

            1. The charged amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days after receiving the product.

            2. If your Order Placed through Gift Certificates  of jaibazar, refund would be provided in a fresh Gift Certificate of the same value.


Cancellation By


 believes in customer satisfaction, we try to ship every order that has been successfully placed with, But there are some reasons we have to cancel orders.

Some of the reasons are-

        1. Product temporarily out of stock.

        2. Non-serviceable locations.

        3. Incorrect Shipping Or Billing Address.

        4. Restrictions on orders as per Terms & Conditions.

Note: If your order is cancelled after your payment has been made, the charged amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days.

Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been confirmed and payment has been made
